Who provides the service

Liliana Moral ("Lili Moral"), a natural person, owner of the trade name Reprograma tu Belleza™. Email: info@reprogramatubelleza.com · WhatsApp: +34 667 08 28 20. In-person services are provided in Zaragoza (and, in the case of "Create your Alter Ego", in the city indicated for each date); full identification details are in the Legal Notice.

To request information about any service you must be 16 or over. To book and pay for a service you must be of legal age; if you are 16 or 17 we need the authorisation of your mother, father or legal guardian, who can send it to us by email before the booking.

How each service is booked

• "Create your Alter Ego" (group experience, with a fixed date and city). You choose the date and the city, send the amount indicated for that date by Bizum to the number shown on the form, and fill in your details attaching a photo or screenshot of the receipt. Your request remains pending until Lili verifies the payment, usually within 24-48 hours: your place is only confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Places are limited (small group) and are allocated in order of payment verification; if, when verifying it, the date is already full, we will let you know and you can choose another date or ask for a full refund.
• "Reprograma tu Belleza 1:1" (4-session programme) and 1:1 Mentoring (single session). From the website you only send a request: Lili replies to arrange a brief call or message to check the fit and, if you both want to go ahead, you agree the session dates and the payment method (Bizum or bank transfer) by email. The programme is contracted when we confirm the booking and the payment by email.
• "Self-makeup with intention" and "Social makeup". The form is an availability request, not a booking: we confirm the date, the final amount (including travel or special hours, if any) and the payment method by email before anything is finalised. The service is booked when you receive that confirmation.
• In every case, the confirmation email is the record of your booking: keep it. If you have an account in My account, you will also see there your "Create your Alter Ego" and 1:1 Mentoring bookings linked to your email.

Prices and payment

• All prices shown on the website are final prices, with taxes included. There is no added charge that does not appear before you book.
• For "Create your Alter Ego" the price may vary by date and city: it is shown next to each date on the booking form and is the amount you pay by Bizum. For "Social makeup", travel outside Zaragoza city and special hours are quoted separately and stated in the confirmation, never afterwards.
• Payment is made by Bizum (or by bank transfer when we agree it by email). We do not process your card or bank account details: the receipt you attach is used only to verify the payment and is deleted from the server once confirmed.
• The price published at the time of the request always applies. If a published price contained an obvious error, we will let you know before confirming and you may withdraw at no cost.

Cancellations and date changes

• Up to 24 hours before the start of the service you may cancel or change the date at no cost. For "Create your Alter Ego" and the 1:1 Mentoring you can do it yourself from My account ("My bookings"); for the other services, or if you would rather we did it for you, write to us at info@reprogramatubelleza.com or by WhatsApp (replying to your confirmation email is fine).
• If you cancel with 24 hours' notice or more, you choose: we refund what you paid in full by the same method (Bizum or bank transfer) within a maximum of 14 calendar days, or we keep the amount as credit towards another date or service.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not turn up, the place or the time slot booked can no longer be offered to someone else and the amount paid is not refunded. We know the unexpected happens: let us know as soon as you can and, if we can, we will offer to move you to another date with free places.
• Late arrivals. For individual services, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late the session may have to be shortened so as not to affect the next person or, if that is not possible, rescheduled (with less than 24 hours' notice the previous point applies). For "Create your Alter Ego" the workshop starts at the stated time for the whole group; if you arrive late you join at whatever point it has reached.
• 1:1 programme (4 sessions). Each session can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before, with no limit on reasonable changes. A session missed without prior notice, or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, is considered delivered. The programme is completed within the agreed period (approximately 4 weeks); if you need to pause it, write to us and we will agree it.
• If we are the ones who cancel (illness, unforeseen circumstances or, for "Create your Alter Ego", not reaching the minimum group size), we will let you know as soon as possible and you may choose between another date at no cost or a full refund of what you paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

As you contract at a distance (via the website and by email), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the booking confirmation, without having to give a reason and at no cost, in accordance with articles 102 to 108 of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). To exercise it, simply let us know unequivocally before the period ends, by email to info@reprogramatubelleza.com; you may use the model form at the end of this page, although it is not compulsory. We will refund the amount paid without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of your communication, by the same payment method.

There are two exceptions provided for by law (art. 103 TRLGDCU):

• "Create your Alter Ego" is a leisure activity with a specific date of performance (art. 103.l): the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. You can, however, cancel or change the date under the conditions in section 04, which are more favourable the more notice you give.
• For individual services (1:1 programme, Mentoring, Self-makeup, Social makeup), if you expressly request that the service begin before the 14-day period ends and it has already been provided in full or in part, the right of withdrawal is lost in respect of what has already been provided (art. 103.a): in that case we will refund the proportional part of the sessions not delivered.

Photographs and testimonials

At "Create your Alter Ego" a final photograph is taken of each participant, which is for you. We only publish a client's photographs or testimonials on the website or on our social media with her express, written authorisation, which is requested separately and can be revoked at any time by writing to info@reprogramatubelleza.com: we will remove the content without you having to give any explanation. More details in the Privacy Policy.

Nature of the service

Our services are image consultancy, make-up and personal coaching. They are not medical, psychological or aesthetic treatments with a healthcare purpose, and they do not replace the assessment of a healthcare professional. If you have any allergy to cosmetics or a skin condition, tell us in person before the session (do not write it in the website forms, which are not designed for health data) so that we can adapt the products we use.

Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction

• If something has not gone as you expected, write to us at info@reprogramatubelleza.com: we want to know and to resolve it as soon as possible. We will reply as quickly as we can and, in any event, within the legal period of one month.
• We have official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) available to clients at the place where the service is provided.
• These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
• For any dispute, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer and user protection legislation.
• We may update these terms to adapt them to legal or service changes; each booking is governed by the terms in force at the time it is made. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

Model withdrawal form
