For years I thought make-up transformed women.
I watched woman after woman sit down in front of me looking for a change from the outside in: a flawless base, the right lipstick, a technique that would make them "look better". And it worked — for a while. Until they took their make-up off again in front of the mirror at home and found themselves exactly where they had started.
Until I discovered that the real transformation happened long before I ever picked up a brush. It happened at the precise moment a woman began to see herself differently — not in the salon mirror, but in the one she carries inside.
That was when I understood something that completely changed the way I do my work: make-up does not create confidence. Confidence is born within. Make-up, at most, can help to express it — never to manufacture it.
From that certainty, the Reprograma tu Belleza™ Method (Reprogram your Beauty) was born: a process that brings together identity, presence, image and confidence, because none of those pieces works on its own. You can change your image a thousand times and still hide behind it if you don't first work on who you are and how you speak to yourself.
