What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It allows the site to remember information about your visit, which can make your next visit easier and help the site work properly.
Cookies used by this site
This site uses only one technical cookie, strictly necessary for it to work:
- PHPSESSID — identifies your session while you are signed in to My account. It is essential for the customer account system to work (remembering that you are signed in, filling in your details automatically when booking). It is only created the moment you sign in or create your account: if you browse the website without signing in to your account, no cookie is stored in your browser. It is deleted when you sign out or close your browser.
As it is a technical or necessary cookie, under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE it does not require your prior consent to be installed.
Third-party cookies
This site does not use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), advertising cookies or social media cookies, and does not install third-party tracking pixels. If in the future we add any tool of this kind, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before activating it, as required by law.
We measure how many people visit the website and which pages they read with a tool of our own, hosted on this same site, without sending anything to any external company. That measurement does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and does not keep your IP address: to tell visits from different people apart, a hash code is generated (an irreversible mathematical digest of your IP, your browser and a random key) that is renewed every day, so it cannot recognise you from one day to the next or identify you. The data is stored in aggregate form and is automatically deleted after 400 days.
How to manage or delete cookies
In addition to the session cookie, if you choose light or dark mode with the ☾/☀ switch in the top bar, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage (key rtb_tema); the same happens with the language if you tap “EN”/“ES” in the top bar (key rtb_idioma). Neither is a cookie, neither is ever sent to any server, they do not identify anyone and they only serve to show you the website the way you asked for it, so they do not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI). They are deleted when you clear the site's data in your browser.
You can delete or block cookies at any time from your browser settings. Please note that if you block this site's technical cookie, you will not be able to sign in or stay signed in to your account. You can find out how to manage cookies in the help section of your usual browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to changes to the site or to the applicable legislation. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
