    In the workbook you discovered the first two steps to recognise your Alter Ego and begin to activate her. In this experience we will go beyond the page: you are going to give her a concrete way of thinking, expressing herself, deciding and presenting herself to the world.

    My story behind Alter Ego

    Lili Moral, creator of Create your own Alter Ego

    For a long time I thought make-up could give me the confidence I lacked. And although transforming my image changed my posture and my energy, I came to understand that a brush could not do all the work.

    The real transformation began earlier: in the way I looked at myself, spoke to myself and allowed myself to take up space.

    That is how Create your own Alter Ego was born: an experience to help you recognise, express and activate that version of you who already exists, but whom you may have left hidden behind fear, responsibilities or the habit of leaving yourself for later.
